Welcome to myBOLTscore. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myboltscore.com, the BOLT test interface, the 7-Day Breathing Reset PDF, and any related emails, content, or tools we provide (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you are using the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Educational use only, not medical advice

The Service is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The BOLT (Body Oxygen Level Test), the score interpretations, the 7-Day Breathing Reset, and any related guidance are not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on the Service is intended to prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or health condition.

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or before starting any new breathing practice, exercise program, or wellness routine. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or experienced on the Service.

3. Health and safety acknowledgement

Breath-hold exercises and CO₂ tolerance practices may not be appropriate for everyone. Do not perform the BOLT test or any breath-hold practice if you are pregnant, have uncontrolled high or low blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, a history of stroke or aneurysm, epilepsy or a seizure disorder, panic disorder, type 1 diabetes, sickle cell anemia, kidney disease, severe asthma, or any other condition where breath-holding could be unsafe, unless your doctor has cleared you to do so.

Never perform breath-holds in or near water, while driving, operating machinery, or in any other situation where loss of consciousness could cause harm. Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, or any other concerning symptom. You assume full responsibility for your safety when applying anything you learn from the Service.

4. Your account and the information you submit

You agree that the name, email address, and BOLT score you submit are accurate and belong to you. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or the wider public.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Copy, scrape, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or its content without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or the servers and networks that host it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another person when submitting information.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, the 7-Day Breathing Reset PDF, the test interface, and the underlying software, is owned by myBOLTscore or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The BOLT test concept and the Oxygen Advantage® methodology are credited to Patrick McKeown and the Oxygen Advantage® team. The Buteyko Method is credited to Dr. Konstantin Buteyko. We claim no ownership of these underlying methods, only of the original copy, design, code, and educational materials we have produced.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service and download the 7-Day Breathing Reset PDF for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish our materials without prior written permission.

7. Email and marketing consent

By submitting your email address you agree to receive the 7-Day Breathing Reset and related educational emails from myBOLTscore. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email hello@myboltscore.com to be removed from our list at any time.

8. Third-party content and links

The Service references and links to third-party websites and programs, including O2andYou and the O₂Pro Academy. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and is subject to that site's own terms.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT BOLT SCORES OR INTERPRETATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL SITUATION, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MYBOLTSCORE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY BREATHING PRACTICE DESCRIBED IN OUR MATERIALS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless myBOLTscore and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which myBOLTscore is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and myBOLTscore regarding the Service.
